Question : Netsh command and Alternate Configuration Under IP Settings For XP
"Is it possible to use the netsh command to set the IP address and subnet mask for the "Alternate Configuration" for the IP settings property? I already know how to set it for the local area connection, but want to use netsh for the alternate address. I am looking for the command to use.
The environment is Windows XP Pro
Thanks in advance :)
Answer : Netsh command and Alternate Configuration Under IP Settings For XP
Hi zonkerman,
No. Source for IP is either static or dhcp, if you use dhcp you can not specify any additional options.
Maybe someone has better idea.
