Question : Avaya IP406 manager

Just recently I used Avaya "Manager" to take a copy of the IP406 database, it went well.
I made a small change (added a member to a hunt group) and then uploaded the changed database back into the system.
It then rebooted to make the change take effect
The system was the site DHCP server but it has now become invisable on the Lan, does not ping respond at its previous IP address or its out-of-the-box default IP address.
It is still talking to its lines via the POTS unit and a digital handset.
How do I confirm its IP address when I cannot access it from the manager tool?
Can it be programmed with the digital phone?
Can it be programmed/interigated form the Serial port?
Does anyone have the full tech installation manual? or maybe you can give some tips?

Answer : Avaya IP406 manager

I mention the DHCP server 'cos if the IP Office boots up set to DHCP sever,(the default) and finds another server on the LAN, it changes to become a client, and so may have a different address.
What address have you got set in your manager software to look for?
If you have it set to the specific address of the IPO change it to 255.255.255.255
