I could not any mails to yahoo users.My mail server is mdeamon. How I can solve this issue.
Error code I am getting 421 4.7.1 (TS03) All messages from x.x.x.x permanently deferred.

Sounds like your on a yahoo block list.

They must have seen what looked like spam from your IP address and blocked all traffic from your server.
I would contact yahoo, or try and remove yourself from their block list.
