Question : Cisco Router/VPN Bandwidth command(s)

Can anyone tell me a command or series of commands that I can use to see the bandwidth of a specific port on a Cisco 3800 series router?  Basically I am trying to check and see if my new connections are being routed correctly over my new VPN that was just setup instead of going over the T1's.  Also is there a command to check current connections, just like "show con" does on PIX.

I am using solarwinds to monitor the entire network, but I was curious if there a built in command that I can use to see current connects and speeds.

Thanks in advance.

How about using a sh interface " interface". This should give you the 5 minute average input and output rate.
For VPN try using sh crypto connections.
