Question : Cisco UC 520 not sending 10 digits for outbound calling

My Cisco UC520 will not allow me to change the dialing plan (outgoing) so that it sends the 10 digits down, for our PRI provider to route the call, for some reason it is sending 7, or 8 with long distance, but not sending down the full 10 digits. I have looked everywhere, but can't find anywhere to change it.

on dial peer 53 try removing prefix 1 and change destination-pattern 91..........
