Free PC Remote Control Solution

I have very small low budget Tech Support Business.

1.  I want to put a download or a link on my website so that I can offer a service where I can remote control customers PCs with their permission to help them fix the problems.

2. I know that I can Terminal Services into larger clinets, but I also need a solution for smaller home based clients,

3. and also to remote control end user PCs at larger clients sites after I Terminal Service into their fileserver.


I cant afford to pay for an expensive solutions which have monthly or annual recurring chanrges, if at all possible,  its difficult to bill this on with all of the competition out there and in these recessionary times.

I find them quite expensive, for example:
