I've created an order form in asp. An ssl cert has been installed. And the server guys have asked me, as the developer, to have the website automatically direct traffic from http to https. This redirect statement has to be in place and they will then make a change to force the certificate in iis i gues. THe site is hosted on a windows server.
What is the method i should use to create the redirect statement? I assume there is a certain way i'm suppose to do this to ensure it works once the certificate is forced on the server.
I assumed this would be simple - but i'm now confused by some of the options i've found so far and would really appreciate a point in the right direction.
