Question : Cisco Exmans in USA and/or Canada

hello you all.
I'm from cape verde, and I want to travel to us and/or canada for a week next month, I'm getting prepared to take 3 cisco exams, CCNA,CCNA voice ,CCNA security, and I would like to know is there is anybody that can help in seting up those exmans. I rather Boston , and Toronto.
hope you can gimmie some clue and help.
