Question : GPS & GPRS tracking device suggestion

I am developing a vehicle tracking system and need an advice regards what device to select and use on my software and recommend to customers after that to be bundled with.

features is simple:

1- support both gps & gprs
2- Support real time and offline feeding to server.
3- Easily installed on vehicles

I appreciate your suggestions

I would start by taking a look at some of the devices sold by MightyGPS.com:

I don't believe they are the original manufacturer of these devices, but this should give you a general idea of what's out there and what the capabilities are.
