Question : connect 3 coms in a LAN and have internet for all 3 with adsl dial-up broadband modem

i would like to connect 3 computers at home to the internet at the same time and also have a LAN network... all my systems use Win XP and all have network cards installed... i would like the network to be wired rather than wireless... im using a adsl dial up modem... im from singapore and i am subscribed to a singnet 512kbps plan... perhaps a hub or router could work but my internet connection needs to be dialed up... the problem is a router or a hub cant do the dialling up for me correct...

i have managed to do it with 2 of my computers already with network cards installed on 2 computers and RJ45 crossover cables... one com is the host and the other is the client...the thing is the client gets the internet from the host... so if the host computer is not on, the client cant have any internet connection... so both computers have to be on and the host connected to the net in order for the client to have an internet connection...

can anyone suggest to me way(s) to how i can connect 3 coms to the internet at the same time... with each being able to use the internet independently without the others needing to be switched on?

Answer : connect 3 coms in a LAN and have internet for all 3 with adsl dial-up broadband modem

Many of the routers CAN do DSL 'dialup' for you.  I've installed Linksys and had it properly do DSL connectivity -- you may just need to check around.

In my case, this was USA DSL, Verizon specifically, and the router automatically makes the connection when internet traffic is received, drops the connection when idle for more than a given time period.
