Question : Serious Mail Issues.... Exchange POP3 Connector
Hello,
I have a serious mail problem at the moment. System setup is as follows:
Windows SBS 2003 SP2
Exchange SP2
POP3 Connector setup up to retrieve mail with one account hosted by a 3rd party company.
When I send a email from a external site the mail goes into the 3rd party companies mail servers, I can see it going into the webmail then leaving to download to our exchange server. Thing is though when in the message tracking centre the mail states this message
Advanced que failed to deliver message
No changes have been made, contacted the pop3 host, they have no issues they can see mail coming into their server and pushing out to our exchange.
Only 1 email out of say 15 goes through. Any help would be much appreciated, this is a serious issue with email pending legal action etc... Help save a life :)
