Question : How to use Jlist in Java

I am making a application in Neetbens JDK.

Include sourcecode for connect to Mysql, and receive
the result to recordset.

Have a Jlist in my form (Jlist1)

Need example of how to add the valus from recordset to my Jlistbox

Please help ASAP.
