Does anyone have experiencing with Cisco VOIP - Contact Center Recording . The company I worked for recently obtained a quote for software package that will run on a stand alone server and capture packets. Tha package includes Keyword spotting capabilities, Screen Agent Screen Recordign, Voip Logger for passive recording, Channel License for passive recording, 8-day training. The quote was close to $250,000. Can you recommend a good company that offers this type of software at a much discounted rate ?
