Question : MyEclipse IDE // Alternative to NetBeans?

We may have to switch to Eclipse, due to tight integration with SAP Developement (Java Stack).
Currently, we are working with Tomcat 5 as J2EE engine and NetBeans as Java IDE.
NetBeans has been able to process and debug JSP, is this also fully supported by Eclipse.
Or do we actually need an add-in such as MyEclipse (which costs some yearly fee)?
What is your experience - over the years - with Eclipse? Are there any shortcomings/cons that should be considered?
