Question : Port Mirroring with Superstack 4 5500 Switch

I have a quick question about our 3Com Superstack 4 5500 (52 port) switch.  We are trying to set up port mirroring via the web access.  We want to see what traffic is going through our router by monitoring it's port.

When I log onto the Web Access, is the "monitor port" where the router should be attached too, and the "mirror port" where our network analyzer should be attached to?

This is how I have it set up now:
Monitor Port = Router
Mirror Port = ntop machine

The problem is that it does not look like the port is being mirrored.  Before, I have set up port mirroring on 3Com Superstack 3 3300 switches with no problem, and there was an option that said "Enabled".  The 3Com Superstack 4 5500 switch does not have that option.  To me it looks like I have everything setup, but it is just not enabled, but I just do not see an option for that.

I have tried registering for 3Com's esupport, but I am having great deal of trouble with that service.  I called tech support, but they would not help me because the switches are out of warranty.

Please help...Thanks!

sorry i wrote it backwards, your monitored port will be the router and your mirror port is your station
