and there really are very, very few legitimate reasons for gaining that knowledge from someone over MSN - there are reasons they make it difficult to get it in the first place.

Actually, one step further.  You have asked 3 questions, 2 of which (to me) sound like you are trying to get access you are not supposed to have.

EE does not tolerate that, so I would do your hacking research yourself...
