Question : My Exchange Server can't recieve e-mails from lpw-law.com

An employee in my office has reported that she is unable to recieve e-mail messages from a particular domain (lpw-law.com).  The IT administrator in that office believes that we have a "reverse DNS issue."  How can I fix this and get e-mail's from the people over in the lpw-law.com domain?  Thanks in advance for your help on this one.  I am really pulling my hair out.

Oh, i forgot to mention that some companies have lists of domains their employees are allowed to send mail to.
So, maybe your domain needs to be added to their lists. Note that this is not common and may not apply to you.
