A problem has been detected & windows has been shutdown to prevent damage to your computer. The problem seems to be caused by the following file. Bdrsdrv.sys
DRIVER_UNLOADED_WITHOUT_CANCELLING_PENDING_OPERATION
If this is the first time youve seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow theses steps: Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.
If problem continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then select safe mode.

Hi,
The first that comes when searching for the offending driver (bdrsdrv) seems to be the BitDefender line of firewalls.
Are you using such a product?
If so, I would update the product. I have found an article similar to this here:
http://kb.bitdefender.com/KB75-en--(KBID4817)-Bluescreens-caused-by-regspy.sys-will-no-longer-appear.html
Thanks,
