I think you would like to get a report for all users ... Aren't you ????
Did you check the log file . Or if you are using Lotus Notes8 or later did you try the following :
-Ibm Administrator
-server tab
-Analysis tab
-Analysis menu
-log analysis
-event type
-security
This will give an analysis of the whole situation .
