Question : Multiple Router Setup

Greetings all...
1) 192.168.1.1 Connected to the internet through Quake PTI-840 ADSL Modem/Router (DHCP)
(Reserved the IPs from 20 to 100)
2) 192.168.1.2 Linksys WRT54G Wireless Router.  DHCP from 101 and up.
3) 192.168.1.3 Linksys RT3192 Broadband Router. No DHCP.
4) 192.168.1.4 Linksys BEFSR41 Router. No DHCP.

Right now everything seems to be working fine.  I connected 2, 3, 4 to 1 and some computers connect to these routers by hardwire and some of them by wireless.

I switched the routers to gateway mode and tried to Static Port routing to optimize the speed of the network.

A) My question is here is how would you connect all these routers together?  I am trying to have the Quake Router to have DHCP service.

B) I am trying to connect  a Linksys WRE54G Range Expander to the network, but I cannot get it to work.  I enter the correct channel and WEP information to both, but for some reason I cannot seem to have the RE to work.

Thank you in advance in any help.
