Question : How do i configure my T1 Line? PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi, I have tried to configure My T1 line to the best of my ability

can someone help me with my config, I have a Cisco 1751 Router with a Ethernet WIC card. am i missing any hardware or something?

This is what i got from my ISP that I must config
(offcourse i changed these numbers around but just so that i can help you better understand)

your Serial IP: 16.150.16.110          255.255.255.252

IP route: 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 16.150.16.109 (<---this is also your
neighbor if doing BGP)

Your assigned block of IP addresses is: 28.217.225.232/29

The first usable IP from this block ( 28.217.225.233) should be
assigned to your Ethernet port on your router. This is also
the default gateway for computers on your network to get out
to the internet.

You must allow pings from 66.28.3.0/24 and 66.250.250.0/23 in order for us to monitor your connection and for you to qualify for the SLA.

No, you need a serial card, not an ethernet card.  You either need one with an external CSU/DSU, or you could have it built in.

Here's the page which lists modules for your router:  http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/routers/ps221/products_relevant_interfaces_and_modules.html

You need a WIC-1T, WIC-2T, or a VWIC-1MFT-T1.

See this compatability matrix:
