Question : Help config ADSL Modem for PPPoE and static ip pool

Well, we have a Netopia 3346 -ent firmware version 8.4.2R0

I see the option to setup PPPoE but there is no field for the user name and password (bellsouth DSL).

We also have a /8 Static IP pool and I need to disable NAT.
Usually, I would setup the statics using DHCP but the interface is different using Telnet. Where would I set this up?

DHCP:
- Go to the System Configuration screen. Select IP Address Serving and press Return. The IP Address Serving screen will appear.
- The IP Address Serving Mode pop-up menu allows you to choose the way in which the Router will serve IP addresses. The device can act as either a DHCP Server or a DHCP Relay Agent. ... choose DHCP server
- Check this "IP Address Serving" menu completely and fill in the needed info - it's too much to post here, else download the manual at http://www.netopia.com/equipment/pdf/manuals/FirmwareUserGuideV842.pdf
