Question : unable to connect via scp and sftp

When we are trying to connect via sftp connection the above screen coming and asking for the password.
So far i have included the rsa public key for the remote server to our system $home/.ssh/authorised_key2 file. I am not able to see any entry for the remote server to known_hosts file. Please suggest.

I have received the answer.. it was the issue from the remote end.
