Question : Delete an Exchange mailbox for an AD user account AFTER AN EXCHANGE CRASH WITHOUT BACKUP !!!

Hi.

I've lost everything in my exchange 2000 organization, as my server failed and my backup could not be restored .....

My AD users still have a mailbox in their properties. If I try to delete it, AD connects to my organization, but it can't delete them because the server is no more available.

I want to delete the mailboxes of these users in their properties without having to recreate them all !!! If I remove the organization from the AD, will it delete the mailbox attributes of the users ? Any other idea ?

it's URGENT, THANK YOU !!!!

To remove the server from Active Directory, start Exchange System Manager and select the server object. Right-click the object, click All Tasks, and then click Remove Server. This will remove all references to the server in Active Directory, and remove the mailbox-enabling attributes from all Active Directory users with mailboxes on the removed server......
