Question : Parent can't see Child DNS zone

Hello fellow experts,


My issue is this: I have a parent and child domain: parent.blah.com and child.blah.com

The child can see parent.blah.com and child.blah.com in DNS

The parent can only see parent.blah.com

This is an issue because replication will not work between the two zones since the parent does not see the child. Is there a way to force DNS replication? Do I have to recreate the zone on the parent DNS server?

The parent is server 2008
The child is server 2003

No, that won't help.

Which replication scope did you choose for each zone? Zones will only automatically replicate across the forest if they're in "All DNS Servers in the AD Forest". That can be checked by viewing the zone properties in the DNS Console.
