Question : Lotus Notes inbound email not received by one user

I have a user who is not receiving email messages from one external sender even though other of our users who are addressed on the same messages are receiving them. I checked his Junk Mail folder and our Sonicwall email security junk box but there is no evidence of the message being there other than his correct email address being on the message as received by the others. Where else to look?

Is the sonicwall system recording the mail sent to multiple users as multiple mail or just a single entry with multiple recipients ?
If logs show for other users but not the user with the error then it could be external to your system.
It is possible in this case that the sending company has an outgoing spam or filtering that has highlighted this particular mail address and is blocking the mail being sent to them ?
