Their mail server isn't configured correctly.
Executed command: nslookup -q=MX tigerboatdocks.com 2>&1 with response:
Note: nslookup is deprecated and may be removed from future releases. Consider using the `dig' or `host' programs instead. Run nslookup with the `-sil[ent]' option to prevent this message from appearing. Server: 209.68.2.46 Address: 209.68.2.46#53
Non-authoritative answer: tigerboatdocks.com mail exchanger = 10 tigerboatdocks.com. tigerboatdocks.com mail exchanger = 20 mx2.abac.com.
Authoritative answers can be found from: tigerboatdocks.com nameserver = ns1.abac.com. tigerboatdocks.com nameserver = ns2.abac.com. tigerboatdocks.com internet address = 66.226.64.7 ns1.abac.com internet address = 216.55.128.4 ns2.abac.com internet address = 216.55.144.4
Their mail exchangers are tigerboatdocs.com and mx2.abac.com.
I cant even get tigerboatdocs.com to resolve, but this says it's ip is 66.226.64.7 (the same ip you showed). I tried telneting to port 25 on that IP and on mx2.abac.com to try and send an email directly and they both say that relaying is denyed for the address tigerboatdocs.com which means they don't serve the email for that domain. They may have not paid their ISP bill and got shut off or maybe their new and didn't set up their mail server correctly.
Here is some information about using telnet to test a mail server. http://www.yuki-onna.co.uk/email/smtp.html
