Question : Opening a port for playing games

Im at my workplace and have my laptop with me, i'm connected to the network, but i'm guessing i can't play b/c the ports i need are closed.  Is there any way i can do this without having any kind of administator access to the network?  Any help would be greatful.

Since alot of the experts that answer questions here would be administrators, I dont know how excited they would be to help you circumvent network security to play a video game at work. however, you are probably out of luck anyway if the ports you need are blocked, and you have no way to change the ports the game needs
