Question : What program uses my network and harddrive?

I have sometimes huge networktrafic. I close down all programs, including my virus-protect  (AVG). Still i have it. Is there any easy program that can tell me what program is accessing the network and or the hd? I have XP.

Zones : Windows 95 - 98 Networking (I assume this is in the wrong zone then?)

I would recommend these two: TCPView and Procmon, both from sysinternals.

TCPView will allow you to see which programs are currently accessing the network, and Procmon shows what programs are using the harddisk.
