Question : Cisco IP Phone Personal Directory

Hello,

I have a Cisco 7940 IP Phone and there is an option for the personal directory where I can manually add in telephone numbers. Is there anyway in which I can load in a load of numbers into my personal directory which are stored on the telephone locally instead of having to manually enter one by one?
