Question : Installing Forms in OAS 10gR2

I have just installed OAS 10gR2 Forms and Reports. However, when I access forms/frmservlet, after the screnn that says Forms Installed Successfully, I simply get a blank screen.
The URL shows test.fmx.

What do I need to do after installing Forms and Reports.

I update this 2 days ago but for some strange reason it was not posted here.

Metalink have confirmed that this behaviour is normal. I need to create my own forms to be displayed after the initial confirmation screen.

The question should be deleted.
