Question : Service or device failed during startup?

When I restart my NT workstation a message about Service Control Manager appears:
     At least one service or driver failed during system startup. Use Event Viewer to examine the event log for details.
     Event detail:
A SAP announcement was sent over \Device\Nwlnklpx which is configured for multiple networks, but no internal network is configured.
This may prevent machines on some networks from locating the advertised service.
The RIP for NWlink IPX service failed to start due to the following error:
The parameter is incorrect.

Are you on a novell network? do you need ipx? if not remove that protocol from the machine
