Question : Set Polycom 601 IP phones to display Time and Date instead of Trixbox logo.

We have Polycom 601 IP phones connecting to a Trixbox server.  When these phones boot up, there is a Trixbox logo on the main screen of the phone.  The users say that the old system displayed Time and Date in that area instead of a logo.  Is there a way to remove this Trixbox logo and replace it with useful information, such as time and date?

You might look at the following setting:

< indicators ind.idleDisplay.enabled="0" ind.idleDisplay.mode="">

How is that configured?  If it has 'enabled="1" you might change that to ="0" which should disable the graphic.
