Question : Allocated Memory Alert SBS 2003

Hello
I have been receiving Allocated Memory Alerts from my SBS 2003 Server, three to four a day. I have changed the maximum level for the alert but this has not helped.I can find no reason for the alert.
Any advice you can give me would be very welcome
