Dear TG-TIS,
Please try to uninstall TCP/IP adapter and Client because it seems like the issue is "a corrupted TCP/IP Stack". lf the problem still presists remove Winsock from the regisrty using regedit. These are the 2 keys in the registry...
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\WinSock
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\WinSock2
Note: Backup these keys first just in case; and then reinstall the client/adapter/protocol.
