Question : Configuring WPA on Cisco Aironet 1250 without an authentication server

Hi,

Can anyone show me how to configure a Cisco Aironet 1250 to use WPA without and authentication server. According to the specs on the 1250 it says you can do it, but I cannot find any write-ups on how to do it.
