Question : Flash GPO in xp SP2 Not working on user acocunts

We have the  MSI set-up and configured to install Flash using a GPO if a student logs in it show installing player, but when you load a Flash page it says Flash 4.  This problem does not occur in Admin accounts.  Is there a registry setting i have to push in the GPO as well.  Note: Active X installs are not Prohibited but it is not asking to install software if needed.  It is being published under the UserConfiguriations System Setting:Software Installiations

You will need to install this with elevated privileges or contact Macromedia for a distributable MSI package that you can push out.  Here's how to contact them to obtain the license (and software) to do this:
