Question : Profile loading errors

I am getting this error on nt4.0 terminal server running citrix metaframe 1.8.  Nt is service pack 6.

User Environment The operating system was unable to load your profile. Please contact your Network Administrator. (112)

I have verified that users (everyone) has full permissions to the profiles folder.

any ideas?

can you try to delete the profile and let the logon process recreate it. move the profle to some other location for backup purpose, so that you dont loose data.
