Question : Convert Cisco IP Phone from SCCP to SIP

How do I convert this phone to SIP. I see on the internet instructions including using a TFTP server, where do I get this - will my 2003 Server run this. Also there is a Default file called SIPDefault.cnf file.  Where do I get this and or what should be in it? Is this really as difficult as it appears to be?
