Question : MSMAIL.INI file question

I am connected to a network at work and
when I try and use my internal msmail
it gives me an error message when I open
the program - "Mail server path in your
MSMAIL.INI file is missing or invalid."
How do I fix or change the MSMAIL.INI
file? (see file below)
What do I put in it and where?  Also -
where is the MSMAIL.INI file?  How do I
find it - what does it look like?  I can
choose to work offline and it will allow
me access to my mail files - I just can't
send or recieve.  Please help and thanks
so much!
