Question : Internet server to be used for NTP

I am following the instructions below to setup the time
http://csg.trinhall.cam.ac.uk/tips/ntp/winxp

Can I use the same internet time server as given in the document as it looks like its for UK

net1.trinhall.cam.ac.uk

If there is a different server for US residents please let me know.
