Question : pop up message on windows xp laptops

Hi all
I am running windows server 2003 ent edition network.  I changed recently my access points from CISCO aironet 350 to linksys wrt54gs.  Everything works fine, but when my laptop users try to turn the machines on they get a message
''''Logon protector information
A domain controller for your domain could not be contacted.  You have been loged on using cached account information.  Changes made to your profile since you last logged on may not be available.""""""                                                           This mesage usually pops up before the laptop's wireless card comes live.
These laptops user never got this type of the message when I used my old access points.
What I think:
-Sicne the laptops are turned on, it takes while for the wireless card's profile to kick in.
-I have also noticed no other domain user can log onto each other's laptops.  It means they are not authenticated from the domain until the wireless is fully on???.  Right now each domain user is using specifig laptops with there own profiles already existing on each laptop.
-All laptop machines are IBM T42.  What is the best way to configure the wireless cards on these machines so that they get synchoronized right away while the windows start.
-As the message says"that you have been loged on using cached account information".  My logon scripts do not run while this message pops up.
Please Help

Answer : pop up message on windows xp laptops

Did your laptops come with a drivers disk for the wireless cards? I know that Iintel cards can be installed with the option to enable the wireless card before login. But it is a seperate option that isnt installed by default.
