Question : Mobile GPS tracking software

Hi,

Can someone please help me with a free sollution for tracking my own mobile phone?

I'm using a phone with a build-in GPS and my phone is running JAVA.

I'm looking for a website where i can create a account, install the needed software on my phone and start tracking.

I'm preferring the option that i can see the hole history where i have been on what time

I hope someone has a good sollution because the one's i found where not working very good.
