Question : Forwarders not available...

When I go into DNS and right click on my server and go to properties. I have the option of adding
forwarders, but it says that forwarders are not
available because this is a root server.
How do I undo this so that forwarders will be
available?

Answer : Forwarders not available...

delete the "." container, close, and relaunch the DNS mmc.
