Question : eclipse console

When I print something to eclipse console , sometimes it cuts off the top part if it gets too long...how can I prevent this? I want to see the whole thing that is printed, not just the last part of my program..

Window ->Preferences -> Run/Debug -> Console -> Uncheck "Limit console output"
