Question : Exchange Server Que is fulle - SMTP service not stopping

I cannot get SMTP to stop without restarting the server.  Email is stuck in the que and when I copy it to put it in the pickup folder it goes right back to the que.  What do I do.  I am so frustrated right now because I can't get the mail to work.  Please help!!

Are we talking about a single message causing the problem or multiple messages? If multiple - how many? 5, 10? 150?

If you enumerate the queues (Exchange 200x) are the messages from postmaster@

What are you trying to achieve by copying messages in to the pickup folder?
