Question : Major Cpanel Error and FTP Folder Error. Can't add anything.

I can't add any files anymore into my FTP folder. And when I try to go to my Cpanel I get the following error:
"Sorry For The Inconvenience...
The filesystem mounted at / on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition."

I've contacted the techs who hosts my website, and since yesterday they still can't figure it out. I've gotten 4 emails already from them saying "ok, try it now it should be working". But it's still not. I've added a snapshot of both errors that I'm getting in hopes that helps. I'm not really sure what other info I need to give. I think I'm using Apache Cpanel. Oh also, it's a Virtual Private Server (VPS) I'm using.

Well, they ended up buying a new machine. All this time, I still never found out what the problem was....I don't think they did either....
