Question : which SP1 Platform SDK of microsoft download page

in the matter of ws2bth.h i need to download SP1 Platform SDK, In the related Microsoft page to download, there is 16 different PSDK-full, which one should i download  to make my program comunicate with mobiles phone thru bluetooth.

I am using windows XP sp1 and visual studio .net 2003.
