Question : Inexpensive GPS

I am looking for a Inexpensive GPS that I can import a file with a list of water meters and address and meter location and have it so that when I go to that meter I can pull up that record and have the GPS put in the Lat/Long, so that I can export this information to a database server or to a text file.
