Question : Disable a specific network connection ie: network card using vb script

I would like to be able to disable and enable my network cards on demand through a simple double click. I know vbs scripting but cant seem to find anything on the NET. To be more specific, suppose you wanted to do it manually, you would go into "network and dialup connections" from there you can rigt click the specified connection and disable/enable it. This is what i want to do through code.
Can anyone help? Would appreciate it
